Now here is a recipe that Jack can make all by himself. It takes only three ingredients and ten minutes in the oven. These little snacks are so moorish, perfect for a quick morning tea…and then maybe snack on for the rest of the day.
With a little bit of preparation, separating the egg whites, the rest can be done independently.
So here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg whites
METHOD:
Pour the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Roll into little balls (the perfectly imperfect three-year-old kind) and place on a lined baking tray. That’s it.
Pop them in the oven (180 degrees / 356F) for ten minutes. Mmmmm delicious.
Jack got to use his new mixing bowl which he liked. I picked it up at a bargain kitchen sale for $5. I really like it because it has a spout and a handle so Jack can hold the bowl steady while he is mixing.
I haven’t posted a recipe in a little while but I think this would have to be one of our new favourites; so simple and so delicious.
I just made these with my 15 month! He made a mess, but loved every minute of the process!!!!
I bet he had such a great time
They are so easy and yummy, aren’t they?
