Hello! I am a big fan of the blog and the magnificent way that up are educating your children! Today particular “toy” caught my attention it had what seemed to be paint chips and they were placed on a stick of some sorts…. Can I have more information, please? Thanks so much!

    1. Hi Adriana. I am not sure which toy you are talking about. Was it in one of these photos?

Hi its was the tower with that is used with the marbles.. thanks for taking the time to write me back.

        1. That is a marble sound tree. It is made of wood and has such a beautiful sound as the marbles trickle through its leaves. We gave it to Sarah for Christmas. Here’s where we got it. Ours is the medium size.

  2. I love the theme baskets – they look very appealing! I do wish we could have an art table outside like yours, it just rains too much here (especially recently). Might have to see if we can get a sheltered area out there…

    Here’s our week:

    1. We love the themed baskets too. I got the idea from Mariah at Playful Learning. They have books as well as toys to spark their imagination all in the one basket. I also made Jack a human body/doctors basket and a fire basket (of course) haha

I am trying to treasure every moment with my little gal, but seeing these pictures makes me want her to grow up so we can play!

    1. How old is your little lady Jillian? I used to think the same when Jack was little… all the things we would play 🙂 Don’t worry, she’ll be grown before you know it. I look in on Jack now before bed and he is such a big boy sleeping in his bed.

She is 6 months, and getting more fun by the day 🙂

  4. Ooh! You got one! How are the littlies loving the marble music tree?

    1. They LOVE it! The other day I added about a hundred marbles to a tub and the kids went just a little nuts hehe putting down marble after marble. The sound was incredible!

  5. I wish I could spend a week with you – what lucky kids you have! My little boy would love your spaces (his mama certainly is inspired by them). Wishing you another lovely week x

    1. Thanks Emily 🙂 You are welcome to come play any time 🙂
