Reggio Homeschool 3 - An Everyday Story

This week in our child-led homeschool…

Sorry guys for the lateness. We’ve been working so hard on our homeschool studio that I was just too tired last night to post some photos. We’ve got walls and almost a roof now!

But I really wanted to show you some of the lovely things the kids got up to this week so I’ll make it quick. Mostly I wanted to show you some photos from a new Waldorf-inspired playgroup we have joined. I mentioned in my planning post that we are welcoming a little Waldorf into our days and while I still have so much to learn, I am truly inspired by the beauty and gentle approach to education.

The session started with some bread-making and free play outside. Followed by a nature walk and then back for a story; which was so beautiful that I really don’t have words!

Now he’s hooked. Tomatoes - An Everyday StoryOur kitchen garden is bursting with tomatoes at the moment. Montessori Practical Life Activities - An Everyday Story Cooking with Children - An Everyday Story

A super quick one from me this week. I didn’t take too many photos but you can come and say hi on Instagram if you like. 🙂

  1. Just wondering where you got all those little rounds of wood. I’d love little pieces like that for doing open-ended crafts with my daycare kids!
