Arca Continental

Arca Continental is a beverage company based in Monterrey, Mexico dedicated to the production, distribution and marketing of The Coca-Cola Company brands. The Company serves the northern region of Mexico in the states of Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California and Baja California Sur, as well as Northern Argentina. ARCA operates through its divisions: Mexico Beverage Division, Arca Argentina Division and Complementary Businesses Division, which distributes salty snacks under the brand Bokados. It holds such subsidiaries as Formosa Refrescos SA, Distribuidora Dico SA, Envases Plasticos SA, Santiago del Estero Refrescos SA and Compania Tucumana de Refrescos SA, among others. In April 2014, Arca Continental SAB de CV and The Coca-Cola Company acquired majority stock of Tonicorp.
