Bona

Bona is a 1980 film that was submitted for entry at the Metro Manila Film Festival. The character of Bona was played by acclaimed actress Nora Aunor, and the film was directed by Lino Brocka. Bona was shown at the 1981 Cannes International Filmfest as an entry to the Director's Fortnight, which marked Lino Brocka's second appearance at the said Film Festival. Bona gave Nora Aunor her second Gawad Urian best actress trophy.
