Evan Wallach

Evan Jonathan Wallach (born November 11, 1949) is an American lawyer and United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. A former United States Judge of the United States Court of International Trade, he is one of the nation's foremost experts on war crimes and the law of war.
