Exterro, Inc. is an Oregon company that develops electronic discovery software for corporate legal and IT teams. It has satellite offices located across the US and in India. The Exterro E-Discovery Suite is composed of programs for data mapping, legal hold, early case assessment, data collection, processing, document review and other electronic discovery processes, as well as for legal governance, risk management, and compliance. On June 19, 2014 Exterro was placed in the leader quadrant by Gartner for the second consecutive year in its annual Magic Quadrant for E-Discovery Software.
