Forrest Krutter

Forrest N. Krutter is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Berkshire Hathaway Group. In that capacity, Mr. Krutter has twenty years experience structuring insurance and reinsurance products and overseeing major insurance and reinsurance litigation for the Group. Mr. Krutter previously served as Antitrust Counsel at Union Pacific Railroad.
