Harold R. Cramer

Hal R. Cramer has been appointed president of ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company and has been elected a vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation. Before the merger, Mr. Cramer served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mobil Corporation, and member of the executive committee of Mobil Oil.
