Jerry Chase

Jerry Chase joined Terayon in September 2004 as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Terayon, Jerry was the Chairman and CEO of Thales Broadcast Multimedia (TBM) from 2001-2004, where he ran six operating companies in five countries and achieved a leading market position in providing systems solutions for MPEG IP video over DSL networks. From 1998-2001, he was the President and CEO of a U.S. subsidiary of TBM. Prior to TBM, Jerry was General Manager and Sales and Program Management Vice President at General Instrument from 1995-1998 and also held a variety of positions at Scientific Atlanta from 1989-1995, including Vice President of Systems Engineering and Program Management. Jerry is a former United States Marine Corps Officer and a recipient of the American Legion Aviator’s Valor Award. He earned an MBA from Harvard University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
