John Thompson
John M. Thompson (born 1942 in Montreal, Quebec) is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Corporation (TDBFC). He has held the position of Director at TDBFC since 1988 and has been chairman of the board since 2003.
