KBM Banka

KBM Banka is a Serbian bank based in Kragujevac. KBM Banka a.d. Kragujevac was established as a joint stock company under the name of Jugobanka Jubanka d.d. Kragujevac, pursuant to the Decision on establishment of the Bank dated 27 June 1991, and the National Bank of Serbia Resolution dated 3 July 1991. The Bank was registered with the Commercial Court in Kragujevac on 9 July 1991. It continues the long history of banking in Kragujevac and Šumadija region. As of August 2013 it is majority owned by the Nova KBM d.d. from Maribor and Government of Serbia.
