Maximizer Software

Maximizer Software is a Canadian company that develops and markets customer relationship management CRM software for mobile devices, online, and desktops. They intend their products for small and medium businesses, and divisions of large enterprises. Maximizer Software is a member of the British Columbia Technology Industry Association. The Maximizer product line began as “personal information management” and “contact management” software. Maximizer offers CRM software—software that manages customer information for sales, marketing, and customer service. Major company milestones are: 1995 – Multiactive Software acquires the Maximizer product line from Modatech Systems Inc. 1997 – Multiactive acquires Tracker Software Pty Ltd. 1998 – The company acquires Cognitech’s Sharkware software to expand in the U.S. market' 1999 – Multiactive completes an initial public offering that raises $13 million. 2000 – Multiactive acquires majority shares of Hong Kong-based ABC Data & Telecom Ltd. 2001 – The Hong Kong subsidiary, Multiactive Software, completes an IPO that raises $13.3 million.
