Ralph Sprague
Ralph Sprague lived along Kentucky State 8 on November 8,1965 and witnessed the descent and impact of American Airlines flight 383 into the hillside. His observation point was 1/4 mile from the final flight path of the airliner. Ralph was at the crash site before emergency services.
