The High Command

Maj. Gen. Sir John Sangye (Lionel Atwill) is a decorated British Army veteran serving in a West African outpost. Fifteen years ago, in Ireland, he murdered a fellow officer out of romantic jealousy, yet pinned the blame on Irish Republican rebels. He got away with it at the time, but now a doctor who knows of his hidden past arrives at his new outpost. Old secrets may come back to ruin the major general's reputation -- and the honor of his daughter (Kathleen Gibson).
