Thomas Witlam Atkinson
Thomas Witlam Atkinson was an English architect, quarryman, stonemason, and travel writer. Between 1848 and 1853 he travelled over 40 000 miles through Eastern Europe and Asiatic Russia with his wife Lucy, and painted and documented his travels.
