About this list

Police officers are supposed to serve and protect the public. However, some cops exploit their authority for personal gain. More disturbing still are law enforcement officials who commit horrific crimes, using their training to evade capture. History has seen instances of cops torturing people, officers convicted of multiple rapes and assaults, and serial killer cops who rank as high on the sadism scale as murderers like BTK (Dennis Rader). This list includes rapists, torturers, and killer cops all convicted of disturbing crimes.
