What are alternative museums? Also known as 'selfie museums,' they're a new phenomenon for the Instagram-loving generation. These attractions aren't about centuries-old art, but interactive installations designed for cool Instagram backgrounds. They come in different forms: pop-up installations that travel from city to city and permanent exhibitions in one location. Some are silly and fun, while others blend beauty, mind-bending science, and culture. Discover which selfie museums are near you and vote for your favorites!
