About this list

Phi Sigma Kappa, founded in 1873 at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, is built on brotherhood. With around 90 chapters across North America, the organization promotes scholarship and character development. Not surprisingly, its ranks include famous actors, politicians, and comedians. Cheech Marin, the 'Up in Smoke' star, tops our list. He joined Phi Sigma Kappa at Cal State Northridge in 1968. After moving to Vancouver to avoid the Vietnam draft, Marin met his collaborator Tommy Chong. Red Skelton received an honorary membership from NE Missouri State. T.J. Miller joined at George Washington University in 2003 and now appears on HBO's 'Silicon Valley.' Eric Cantor was a member at George Washington University in 1985. David Cook joined at the University of Central Missouri in 2006. The list of celebrity Phi Sigs is impressive - share your thoughts in the comments.
