    Forgetting Jorah Was A Spy

    From Redditoru/mitchellpr:

Season 4, Barristan gets a letter. It says Jorah spied on Dany since her wedding in Season 1. Barristan confronts him about it. Barristan discussed Jorah spying on her in the Small Council meetings; this information was already known to him.

    From Redditoru/paranormal_penguin:

I am late for the party. In Season 3 (I think), Loras corrects Sansa on broaches and pins while they discuss wedding plans. He wants "French brocade" for the fabric. Where is France in Westeros?

    Karstarks Worship The Wrong Gods

    From Redditoru/KingWillWedge:

I do not recall the quote or episode. In Season 2, Rickard Karstark said something about the Father, but the Karstarks worship the Old Gods, not the New.

Robb's Final Trip Doesn't Make Sense

    From Redditoru/insamination:

Robb rides to Harrenhall, then back to Riverrun. Robb must pass through the twins. Look at the map. Roose Bolton being alone there is impossible. Robb could not have made that trip.

    Switching Weapon Arms

    From a deleted Reddituser:

During Joff's birthday melees, the hound switches shield arms then sword arms mid-swing. He bashes his opponent to death and knocks him over. That was a well-struck blow.

    From a deleted Reddituser:

Snow fell over King's Landing at the end of last season. It is now a barren wasteland.

    From a deleted Reddituser:

Ice reforging makes no sense. Melting down the steel loses all its first forging properties. Splitting the blade in half is easier than reworking the halves into new blades.

Also, white dragon bones appear. This seems odd since black is a constant detail in the books.

    From Redditoru/msiri:

Bloodraven has two eyes. He then says, "a thousand eyes and one." Nobody realizes this makes no sense.

Jaime Misremembers How He Killed A Family Member

Jamie says he strangled his cousin after beating him to death. They are just going through the motions now.
