    Joseph Natalio Baca Sr. was born January 23, 1947. He served as a former U.S. Representative for California's 43rd congressional district, where he was a member of the Democratic Party. The district numbered as the 42nd from 1999 to 2003. It covered parts of San Bernardino County and included Fontana, Rialto, Ontario, and sections of San Bernardino. After redistricting, Baca ran for the new 35th congressional district against fellow Democrat Gloria Negrete McLeod. On November 6, 2012, Baca lost his seat by a margin of 5 votes.

    Frank Skartados (January 3, 1956 – April 15, 2018; Greek: Φρανκ Σκαρτάδος) was a Greek-American politician and businessman. Skartados was a member of the Democratic Party. He lived in Milton, an Ulster County hamlet where he ran a farm. He served as the Assemblyman for the 104th district of the New York State Assembly in the mid-Hudson region.
