The 15 Worst 'Dragon Ball' Characters

Who Are They?: Ribrianne She is a warrior from Universe 2. She leads the Kamikaze Fireballs. Her anime-only base form looks like an ordinary woman; her powered-up form looks much more imposing.

Why Fans Hate Them: At first, she seems okay. She is a clear magical girl parody, which is funny initially. But soon, she becomes annoying, especially for those who do not explore anime outside shonen or miss the references. Fans also tire of her repetitive, sanctimonious speeches that happen too often.

Who Are They?: Pan is Gohan and Videl's daughter. She is Goku and Chi Chi's granddaughter. She is a main character inDragon Ball GT.

Why Fans Hate Them: Pan's biggest problem was wasted potential. She has Saiyan blood, so she should be able to develop serious fighting skills. Becoming Super Saiyan is a stretch since she is only 25% Saiyan, but this is not impossible. The author chose this, not random genetics.Goku's granddaughterhas almost no fighting skills is a big letdown.

Who Are They?: Van Zant is a serial killer. He uses Majin Buu's presence to hide his actions. He became too sure of himself and thought he could fight Buu.

Why Fans Hate Them: He shot Buu's dog, Bee. You need to be Dio Brando ofJoJo's Bizarre Adventure Getting away with hurting a dog is fascinating. Van Zant has almost no traits besides being sadistic and arrogant; he does not get a pass.

Who Are They?: Barry Kahn is a celebrity popular on Earth. He is best known for his role as Great Saiyaman in the in-universe filmGreat Saiyaman vs. Mr. Satan

Why Fans Hate Them: He tried to break up Gohan and Videl's marriage to win Videl instead. He did this not because he liked Videl, but to gain influence by marrying Mr. Satan's daughter. He did it nastily: he tried to make Videl believe Gohan was unfaithful. His plan failed.

Who Are They?: Dolltaki leads the Luud Cult. This group worships a Machine Mutant. Acting on Dr. Myuu's orders, he turns cult members into dolls to gather their energy. He uses this energy to help Baby grow.

Why Fans Hate Them: He is a creep. Dolltaki does not stop at using his doll technique for energy. He plays with the dolls he finds interesting. These dolls are real, conscious people. Watching him get excited about changing Pan's clothes while she cannot escape is gross.

Who Are They?: Exiled from Planet Vegeta as a child for being too powerful, Broly survived as one of the few Saiyans. He held more potential than any other Saiyan on the planet, yet he could not fully control it.

Why Fans Hate Them: Broly. This is the non-canon Broly. The actual canon version looks cool. This version has what might be the dumbest motivation in anime history: he seeks revenge on Goku because when they were babies, he heard Goku crying constantly, linking the sobs to the trauma he experienced.

He could not process this well enough to form a baby memory. Even if he remembered, this means he needs therapy, not trying to destroy someone for doing the same thing every baby experiences.

Who Are They?: Commander Red.Commander Red leads the Red Ribbon Army, a military operation clashing with Goku. He resents Goku's high-tech Dragon Ball radar and aims to acquire it.

Why Fans Hate Them: Commander Red.Fans dislike him because of his ridiculous wish. He plans to use the Dragon Balls to grow taller. Many people want height, but trying to kill people for that goal seems excessive.

Who Are They?: Oolong.Oolong is a major character in Dragon Ball. Oolong is a major character in Dragon Ball.Dragon Ball.but he only appears sometimes in the rest of the series.

Why Fans Hate Them: Oolong. His main issue is his predatory behavior. In Episode 6 of Dragon Ball.he drugs Goku and Bulma's drinks hoping to feel up Bulma while she sleeps. He would have done it if Yamcha and Puar had not appeared. This goes past getting heart eyes or nosebleeds over pretty women; this is attempted sexual assault. He is often used as comic relief, but that does not improve the situation.

Who Are They?: Super 17.Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu made Super 17 by combining Android 17 and Hell Fighter 17. He views himself as one of the most powerful beings and wants to prove it by destroying Goku.

Why Fans Hate Them: Super 17.Super 17 happens when you take a developed character and make a version lacking defining features. Android 17 changed greatly, developing human emotions. Watching him become someone with almost no presence was upsetting.

Who Are They?: Zamasu.Zamasu is an apprentice to Universe 10's King Kai. He is also an alternate universe version of Goku Black. They collaborate to destroy humankind.

Why Fans Hate Them: Zamasu. The fandom does not universally hate Zamasu, but he has critics. His dismissive and cruel attitude toward humanity lacks nuance. This also weakens prior statements about humanity's power, especially those from the Future Trunks Saga.

Majin Buu is in the list 'The 15 Worst 'Dragon Ball' Characters'.Whether Buu was made by Bibidi, Marba after Bibidi asked, or has existed forever depends on your canon view. He has multiple forms, each with different goals and personalities, but his first form is pure chaos and destruction.

Fans dislike Buu because of his nature.A force of pure chaos is not a good character. Buu lacks a motive; he just wants to destroy. The Z Fighters are listed. The Z Fighters may try to defeat a hurricane. Some of his forms have personality, but this makes him fragmented and confusing instead of unified.

Zeno is in the list 'The 15 Worst 'Dragon Ball' Characters'.Zeno is the supreme leader of the multiverse. This makes him the most powerful being. He shows little care for non-deity life and destroys planets and universes on a whim.
