High School Senior Charged with Felony for Playing with Dolls

June 2011 marked Tyell Morton's last day of high school. At eighteen, he zipped his hoodie, put on latex gloves, and entered the girls' bathroom with a package. The state wanted to make an example of Morton to stop other fun-loving teens from causing trouble later. Morton faced arrest and charges for institutional criminal mischief, a felony carrying up to eight years in prison.
