Cats Crashing Nativity Scenes

A Christmas legend tells the story of a tabby cat who befriended Mary and Joseph on the night Jesus was born. According to the legend, Mary thanked the cat for watching over Baby Jesus by petting its head, which is said to be why many tabby cats have an 'M' shape on their heads. Cats haven't forgotten their role in the first Christmas, and they're making sure no one else does either. Here, funny cat nativity scenes show kitties reenacting the story in all sorts of mangers, from full-size church displays to tiny Christmas tree decorations. No nativity scene is safe from a curious cat's affection, and they've become the life of the party, even if they weren't formally invited.
