    In May 2018, Prabhu Bhatara attempted a selfie with an injured bear at a bathroom in Odisha, India, after a wedding reception. Friends tried to stop him from taking the picture, but Bhatara ignored the warnings and approached the animal. The bear attacked quickly, and Bhatara died right there despite others trying to help. The bear received treatment for its injuries later.

    Motorcyclist Fatally Strangled After Attempting To Capture 12-Foot Snake

    Thirty-five-year-old Zaim Khalis Kosnan, unemployed and seeking money, died in January 2018 in a shocking case.The cause of death was death by snake.Kosnan saw a 12-foot python on the Malaysian roadside while riding his motorcycle. His sister stated Kosnan went home, intending to capture and sell the snake. He took gloves and a sickle. Later, police found Kosnan dead by his motorcycle; the snake remained wrapped around him.

    Police found Kosnan died by strangulation during an examination. Officials suggested the snake constricted Kosnan while he drove, causing him to fall from his motorcycle. Police think Kosnan held the snake by its head while taking it home, letting the reptile wrap around him in defense.
