    Tortillas are your best friend.

Make scrambled eggs, bacon, and add whatever else you want.

Put that mix into a tortilla with some cheese.

Fold the tortilla into a burrito. Brown each side so it stays together.

You can make many of these at once and freeze them.

Microwave them for a minute or two. You are ready.

    Scrambled eggs!

Make them the night before. Store them in the fridge. Heat them up in the morning, being careful to undercook them slightly.

    They finish in the microwave.

I put Greek yogurt in a bowl. Squeeze honey. Top with chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and coconut.

If I have granola, I add it. Mix it well.

This is my favorite fast, cheap breakfast:

    Take a coffee mug.

Crack one or two eggs into the mug and scramble them.

    Microwave until done.

Mix one spoonful of hummus into the scrambled eggs.

    Eat.

Everyone looks down on it until they try it.

I do not like eating first thing. My choice is something I can drink. A protein shake, a thin smoothie (not thick), or instant breakfast. Then I can have toast or a waffle.

There are some really good gluten-free waffles available.

    PB And YogurtFood Drink

My new favorite is Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and oats. Stir the yogurt and peanut butter. Pour the oats on top.

You can mix the yogurt and PB the night before to save time in the morning.

I like Cream of Rice with salt and butter. It takes about seven minutes on the stove or two in the microwave.

I have plain Greek yogurt with granola, powdered peanut butter, some fruit, and maple syrup. This keeps me full for a long time.

Overnight oats. Make them the night before. Just grab and go.

You can load them with any toppings you want: jam, fruit, compotes, savory items—anything!

This lets you decide which flavors actually work for you.

This morning, I had overnight oats with cashew milk, chia seeds, sliced banana, and cinnamon. It tasted good.

I eat five spoonfuls of reduced-fat cottage cheese straight from the carton for my ultimate fast breakfast. It is filling, low-fat protein I can eat before leaving.

Apples and bananas. No cooking needed. They are cheap in most places and healthy.

Have them with peanut butter for a more filling breakfast.

    TraditionalistFood Drink

    From Redditor /u/austingil7

I am a traditionalist. I usually eat two sunny-side-up eggs and three slices of bacon with whole-wheat toast. Making this takes fifteen minutes, including preparing my French press coffee, and five minutes to clean up.

I like this breakfast because it keeps me full and energized all day long.

Oatmeal works, but I get hungry again in a couple of hours.

Another user posted this a while back; I have used this recipe since then:

    Oatmeal Pancakes:

Use 1/4 cup milk; soy, almond, or regular works.

    Use 1/2 cup quick oats.

    Add 1 egg.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let the oats soak up the liquid for a few minutes. Heat a griddle pan. Pour the oatmeal batter, spread it thin, and cook like pancakes.

They taste great with a little maple syrup.

This is a magic bullet. I make shakes with it. Use oats, banana, peanut butter, milk, and a scoop of protein powder.

    Blend and drink the taste.

    Make this every morning.

Microwave oatmeal: use half a cup of oats and one cup of water. Microwave on high for two to three minutes. Let it sit for one more minute. Then, add things like apples, bananas, sugar, raisins, or cinnamon.

Granola and Greek yogurt with a little honey work perfectly. This is my choice when I rush.

If you chop vegetables the night before, you can make an egg scramble. Sauté the pre-chopped veggies. Add your egg. Scramble it up.
