Predator Franchise Hunts Timeline

This began long before Dutch faced a Yautja in Central American jungles. It happened long before a Predalien destroyed a Colorado town. Human civilization was forming. Yautja arrived. They taught primitive tribes worldwide how to build pyramids.

Egyptians, Aztecs, and Mayans each met the Yautja. These species were considered gods. The Yautja used humans to build pyramids. They also pushed humans to breed Xenomorphs for their hunts.

After the first pyramids, the Yautja started their hundred-year Xenomorph hunts in South and Central America. These hunts test young Yautja for their dreads. Survivors earn right to future hunts. Those overwhelmed by Xenomorphs destroy everything to stop them from taking over the planet.

Natives first offered themselves as hosts for Xenomorphs, viewing them as gods. This hunting practice stopped. Yautja then forced humans into the area. They used heat blooms and scientific problems to keep hunting.

In 1718, a Yautja and a person worked together for the first recorded instance. This event was bad. Pirate captain Raphael Adolini faced a mutiny over gold heading to a mission. Adolini wanted the gold to reach its destination; the crew disagreed.

A Yautja joined Adolini's men chasing him through the Guinea Coast jungles. Adolini and the Yautja fought side-by-side, defeating all but one mutineer. A final crew member shot Adolini in the back, earning a blast from the Yautja for his action. Before Adolini died, he gave an engraved musket to the Yautja. The Yautja left his retractable sword with Adolini's body.

A Yautja arrived in the Comanche hunting grounds in 1719. A hunt for apex predators turned into a brutal fight between men and aliens when young Comanche healer Naru saw the creature stalking animals.

Naru's tribe did not know what they faced until it was too late. The vicious alien hunter slaughtered her warriors and her brother. French fur trappers also died, unsure how to handle the Yautja. It looked like the Yautja could roam freely until Naru proved herself a warrior. She used her surroundings and the hunter alien's weapons to drown it in a bog before beheading it.

In 1904, Norwegian whalers near Razorback Point felt underwater tremors in the Arctic. Men investigating the rumbling found a metallic pod in an ice crater. The pod held a Yautja. Freeing this one hunter wiped out whalers.

The whalers showed up for the centennial hunt. They did not just face one Yautja.This might have ended decently. They faced Xenomorphs too. The men were wiped out. Razorback Point became a ghost town.They dealt with Xenomorphs. The men were wiped out. Razorback Point became a ghost town.

If the Yautja appeared on Earth between 1904 and the decades before, there is no record.After escaping the jungle, Anna worked with the US government. She shared her Yautja experience. Her information formed the basis of the Other Worldly Life Forms Program.No record exists. In 1987, an alien hunter landed in Central America. There, he clashed with a search-and-destroy unit of ex-military men led by Major "Dutch" Schaefer. These men were wiping out insurgents.

Dutch's team vanished. Only the major survived. He fought the Yautja in jungle warfare. The hunter blew himself up with a timed nuclear device. Dutch and the single survivor, Anna Gonsalves, escaped the blast by helicopter.

After escaping the Central American jungle, Anna worked with the US government. She shared her Yautja experience. This information built the foundation for the Other Worldly Life Forms Program.

Anna's cooperation filled in gaps about Yautja defenses and technology. This allowed the OWLF to prepare for the Yautja's next Earth mission.

In 1990, Ronald Noland, a former US Army Air Cavalryman, was captured by Yautja during a CIA coup. They took him to a game reserve planet. There, he fought for survival as the young hunters sharpened their skills.

Noland spent ten "seasons" on the planet, about 20 Earth years. During that time, he learned to avoid the Yautja using his skills and by adapting to their tech.

Lieutenant Michael Harrigan began investigating a Los Angeles turf war between rival groups. He did not expect a trophy-hunting alien to catch his attention. A Yautja warrior hunting in the city drew Harrigan's interest, and he fought it off over several days.

The hunter focused on Harrigan during his city of stars visit. He also clashed with the OWLF. A secret government group tried to capture the Yautja in a frozen meat locker. That plan failed; they all died. Harrigan took down the hunter east of the Sunset Strip. For his bravery, he received Captain Adolini's musket.

Sean Keyes developed an obsession with the Yautja after his father died in 1997.Sean Keyes developed an interest in the Yautja.Sean became a government scientist instead of using the military to follow his father's path. He studied the creatures. Whether he sought revenge remains unclear.

Before working at Stargazer, Keyes partnered with the OWLF. They kept records of their Yautja research. As Keyes rose in the secret government program, he met Dutch for more insight into the alien hunters.

In 2004, researchers traveled to Bouvetøya island off Antarctica to check a heat signal. Bad news: this trip occurred 100 years after whalers were killed. That heat signal turned out to be a trick. It drew humans toward a Xenomorph nest. This was a bad time for everyone.

One human survived the event. This human worked with a Yautja named "Scar" to fight the Xenomorph Queen. Elder Yautja watched the hunt. They took Scar's body and brought him aboard their ship. They did not know he had been infected by a facehugger. He later gave birth to a Predalien.

After the centennial hunt off Antarctica, the Predalien hatched from Scar. It killed every Yautja aboard before they sent a distress signal to a ship. The Predalien and a Yautja responding to the signal tore up the city. Humans tried to understand the creatures while seeking US government help. The government smartly turned the area into a wasteland with a nuclear blast instead of fighting the two alien hunters.

Humans first discussed the Yautja blood feud on film during the 2010s. The extraterrestrial creatures did not write a long paper about the factions on their planet. We see two main groups: Super Predators and the Jungle Hunter Clan.

In 2010, Noland said the two groups fought each other, butNo clear indication existed.Look at them to tell the difference. Super Predators are larger and stronger than Jungle Hunters. Jungle Hunters tend to be smaller and leaner. This comparison is relative; Jungle Hunters are huge compared to humans too. Choose your side wisely.

Why hunt Xenomorphs on Earth? Pick up eight mass murderers and drop them on a jungle planet. That happened in 2010. Soldiers, mercenaries, and a serial killer survived three hunters' violence.

The three Yautja hunters failed to cooperate. They turned on each other. The biggest, strongest hunter tried to kill the others. Humans destroyed all three hunters.

Project Stargazer, succeeding the OWLF, is a secret government operation. It seeks Yautja technology and a live Yautja specimen. Agents and mercenaries from various groups make Stargazer complete its mission.

In 2018, Project Stargazer added spears and masks to its collection. They added a live specimen with human DNA. The group thought hunters sought strength by taking the DNA of the species they fought. After battling the Yautja, Project Stargazer received "Predator Killer" armor. This warned humans the hunters would return and gave them a weapon.
