The Stranger Things series finale may leave fans in tears, but laughter is the best medicine. At its core, the show isn't about villains, the Upside Down, or corruption - it's about growing up. The last 40 minutes and final scene drive this point home. However, people often dread the transition from middle school to adulthood. Reddit users responded with humor, joking about characters failing to follow through on monthly hangouts and Steve's pseudo single dad status. Laughing at the final season is easier than crying over it.
