The story is awful.

After six months, Arkham turned the dial to 11 and electrocuted the patient until he died. Authorities called the event an accident; no charges reached Arkham.

He uses the dead children's clothes, sewing patches together to make a suit, which is why he is named that. Sinner brutally torments and attacks Raggedy Man, causing him to disappear and die.

They aim to open a Hellmouth, but Specter stops them. The cave collapse then causes the entire Asylum to crush in on itself.
