First featured in Action Comics in June 1938, the character created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster has undergone many weird transformations since his inception as a blue-caped crusader. With an 80-year lifespan, these changes make sense. Over the years, other Justice League characters have joined Clark Kent in pursuit of truth, justice, and the American way.
