I like blooper reels from dramatic shows or movies.

On a show like that, you need to laugh and joke to ease the tension.

If someone rips a huge fart during a dramatic scene, the whole crew and cast will laugh.

Tell me you haven't worked in TV or film without admitting you never have.

A best actor Oscar winner forgot a line opposite me and became a hilarious blooper while I was tortured.

Jackie Chan puts his bloopers in the credits as a staple of his work and audience treat. Mr. Artyom knows this.

Blooper reels for movies and TV shows get watched a lot. They show actors make mistakes. Sometimes those mistakes are so funny you can't stop laughing.

In my nearly 20 years as a video editor, about 90% of my narrative projects involved cutting a blooper reel for marketing. Producers like them.

I agree. If an actor messes up after one take, fire him. Each show episode needs about ten people playing the same character.

I laughed on a short film set. My hand got stapled to a wall so I couldn't get a Lunchable meant for our 60-person crew. I should have known better.

Film sets are relaxed, and short films often pay well. Making them uncomfortable helps actors perform their best.

Blooper reels have existed for years. They used to show them in the credits, which we should bring back. I hope contracts let people deduct pay for that.https://t.co/9IjrQYxorJ pic.twitter.com/5EOKkprl4h

I understand. But this applies to directors who get a million shots of the same scene for clarity. Everyone should move on. If they have the budget, let them have fun. Set life is stressful. I want my actors to feel good to give their best.

I am in a film program now. Everyone is taught the Hitchcock quote, "All actors are cattle." They learn to copy Kubrick's behavior. Actors just say lines and stop talking.

I hate this guy's nonsense. But it is normal.https://t.co/d6UyKSPU4E
