Michael Carneal was the teen shooter.Michael Carneal, at Heath High School in December, 1997, shot at students holding a prayer meeting in West Paducah, Kentucky. Carneal killed three students and injured five others. Authorities arrested Carneal without incident and found him guilty of the murders. He got a life sentence and is eligible for parole in 2023.
In a 2009 interview, when asked if he could fight anyone alive or dead, Carneal answered:
"I’d have to say either Dog the Bounty Hunter guy from A&E or Gene Simmons (that’s a celebrity I can’t stand also). Also, the rapper Bizzy Bone from Bone Thugs n’ Harmony...Bizzy Bone wrote 'Social Studies,' saying 'Michael Carneal is going to hell.' I don't know this guy. I watch him without his body guards and really molly-wob him, or try to anyway."

Clifford Olson was a Canadian serial killer.Clifford Olson murdered 11 children from 1980 to 1981. Olson was arrested in 1981. He agreed to confess to the 11 murders and show the bodies for $100,000, which his wife would get. Olson pleaded guilty to 11 counts of first-degree murder and received 11 life sentences. Olson said, “If I gave a sh*t about the parents I wouldn’t have killed them.” Olson died of cancer on September 30, 2011, at age 71.
In 2009, Olson spoke in an interview about his favorite TV show. He said, “Oprah, but if Oprah is a rerun I watch Ellen.”

Serial killer Paul Runge serves life without parole for the 1997 rapes and murders of a mother and her 10-year-old daughter. Runge also killed five other people in attacks during the mid-'90s.
In 2009, Runge was interviewed about who he could meet. Runge answered,

The 1980s featured...Dorothea PuentePuente ran a boarding house in Sacramento, California. She cashed Social Security checks from her elderly and mentally disabled boarders. People who complained were killed and buried in her yard. Puente faced charges for nine murders in 1988. She received a life sentence and died in prison in 2011 from natural causes at age 88.
While in prison in 2009, Puente told an interviewer what she liked and disliked reading.
“I like to read almost anything except vampire or the Harry Potter books. I also love Dan Brown’s bookSchindler’s List. I also like historical romance.”

Michael Alig promoted clubs.Alig created the Club Kids, a group dressing outrageously and attending clubs across New York City in the '80s and '90s. The Club Kids became a cultural event, earning Alig recognition. In 1996, Alig gained more attention after he killed Club Kid Andre "Angel" Melendez. Alig accepted a plea deal, pleading guilty to manslaughter and getting a 10-20 year sentence. Alig left prison in 2014 after parole denials.

Rakowitz was interviewed in 2008, near the presidential election. He answered if he voted, replying, "I did. I voted McCain." Wonder what Senator McCain would say about Rakowitz's favorite book,Mein Kampf.

Sylvia SeegristSylvia Seegrist caused the 1985 shooting at a Springfield, Pennsylvania shopping mall, killing three people and wounding seven others. A Volunteer Firefighter/EMT disarmed Seegrist while she shopped. During her trial, it became clear that ten years before the shooting at age 25, Seegrist had schizophrenia. Seegrist was found guilty but insane and sentenced to three consecutive life sentences, plus 70 years. Seegrist serves her time in prison and a psychiatric facility.
Seegrist spoke in 2010, saying if she could be any animal for a day, it would be a dog.
"I’m thinking more like a dog than anything else right now."

Bobby Joe Long abducted and murdered at least 10 women in Tampa Bay, Florida in 1984. Before the murders, Long committed at least 50 rapes in Florida. Long checked classified ads. If the person selling items was a woman living alone, Long went to her house, forced himself on her, and raped her. During his trial, the court called him the "Classified Ad Rapist." Police arrested Long in 1984 after a woman he raped and released gave them information about him. Douglas Clark and accomplice Carol Bundy became known as the "Sunset Strip Killers"."Sunset Strip Killers"They were convicted of 7 killings in the Los Angeles area in the summer of 1980. Clark claims innocence since his arrest, blaming Bundy for the crimes. Bundy accepted a plea deal and got a life sentence. She died in prison in 2003 from heart failure. Elmer Wayne Henley is a serial killer.15-year-old Henley met serial killer Dean Corll in 1971. Corll started forcing the teen to help him kill people. After Henley helped kill a victim once, Corll told Henley he was just as guilty and would die in the electric chair if Henley told anyone. Corll also threatened to murder Henley's brothers to stay quiet. Henley eventually got tired of helping Corll and found the nerve to act. In 1973, Henley shot and killed Corll. Afterward, he called the police, confessing to Corll's murder and the other killings. He was found guilty and received six consecutive 99-year prison sentences. He serves this time in Texas.
In 2008, they interviewed Henley and asked many things. One question asked about his favorite ice cream flavor. Henley answered,
"Chocolate fudge brownie mix or caramel pecan fudge. Out, I liked hot fudge sundaes. At home, I eat any ice cream; it was my grandmother’s comfort food."
