Yinsen's death was the first time the egotistical Stark showed real feeling. After returning to the States, Stark stopped making Stark Industries weapons, mostly because of Yinsen's influence. Yinsen sacrificed himself expecting no reward, and his choice changed Tony Stark permanently.

During the final fight against T'Challa, Killmonger considered his end after his spear pierced him. He sat near T'Challa, watching the Wakandan kingdom and thought about his choices. Killmonger made one final statement about his noble mission. Killmonger rejected T'Challa's offer to heal him. He pulled the spear from his chest, choosing death over being tied down.
Killmonger became an impactful character because his desire to free his people from oppression drove his vengeful traits. He truly believed in his fight until the end, and he was right. The chaos he wanted caused was unforgivable, but his mission remained noble. His end felt both fair and unfair, making processing his passing harder.
