About this list

Serial killers are rare, but sometimes they overlap in the same city. When one terrorizes a city, another might be lurking, committing their own horrifying crimes. Law enforcement faces a challenge: determining which murderer is to blame. They might even think it's just one killer, not two. Cities like Los Angeles and New York have had multiple serial killers striking at the same time. Small cities have also been terrorized by simultaneous serial killers. The chaos is hard to believe, especially when some killers evaded capture for a long time.
