The Jedi monument on New Holstice is a cylinder filled with memory moths. These moths whisper the names of every fallen Jedi forever.

From Redditoru/justflycasual:

An ancient Sith sculptor named Momin designed Vader’s Castle on Mustafar. Momin had an imperial crew member when he put on his mask and made the plans.

Palpatine killed, cloned, and killed him repeatedly.

The Oracle of Pelgrin is the most recent for me. I found a reference to this artifact on Wookieepedia. This tower on Pelgrin's Outer Rim world was possibly the oldest artifact in the galaxy. The Pelgrin race built it around two million years BBY.

The tower stands ten stories tall. It has nine octagonal tiers topped with a hexagonal crystal chamber. It functions as a giant clockwork mechanism, currently inert. After discovery around 3000 BBY, Jedi investigated it. They found the tower reacted to Force users. It gave Force-sensitive users strong, reliable visions of the future, but only a strong Force user could activate it.

The Jedi controlled the planet for centuries, keeping access restricted. Chancellor Palpatine destroyed the tower. Palpatine feared the tower would reveal his plans to the Jedi.

I wondered why I had never heard of this before. It appeared in the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook and some online articles (some are gone), plus The Essential Guide to Warfare. It is a shame; being part of Legends, we likely won't get a proper story about it now. Still, I found it interesting.

My favorite is how Abeloth, the eldritch thing from the Legacy Era, was actually the mother of the Son and Daughter from the Mortis arc. She ended up that way because she bathed in the Pool of Knowledge, fearing she would lose her family.

Jar Jar became a jester after the emperor took power and everyone hated him. This makes me feel bad for the guy because he is hated in the real world.

Darkside Sith became a mixed species with the native people of the planet they colonized.

Scorch is the only Clone with a sense of humor.

Asajj Ventress and Darth Maul share the same species: Dathomirian. This fact intrigues me. This represents an unusual level of sexual dimorphism for a humanoid species in this series. I want more of this. Xenobiology fascinates me.
