Total Nerd Readers Talk About 'Star Wars' Characters That Deserve Their Own Series

Facebook commenter.Sean G:

A prequel for Yoda.. I never saw him as a character where mystery fueled his appeal, to be honest.

I would also enjoy seeing Mace Windu during his prime training years.

Facebook commenter.Drake T:

I want the whole journey. I always wondered who trained Yoda, since Yoda was so big for the light.

Facebook commenter.Chris L M:

Chewie, all subtitles.

Facebook commenter.Bob O:

I think it would be more fun without subtitles and no other spoken words.

Facebook commenter.Aaron R:

Yes, Chewie, but without subtitles. It would be like a show starring Kenny.

Facebook commenter.Frank C:

Maybe some story about his wife.

Facebook commenter.Michael O:

Darth Vader!! Him hunting down Jedi. I would give all the money Disney asked for for them to make that!!

Facebook commenter.Hayden William G:

Vader. Between Episode 3 and 4, Vader did much cool stuff. He was at his best during this time. Hunting Jedi. Being a galaxy boogie man. We only got a small look at this inRebelsandKenobiand theFallen Ordergame.

Facebook commenter.Peter W:

I want to see Mace Windu return, a little mad about being thrown out a window, playing all kinds of classic Samuel L. Jackson.

Facebook commenter.Sam H:

I heard somewhere it might be possible. Samuel L. Jackson wants to do something; he just needs the green light.

Facebook commenter.Alexa S:

I want a miniseries on etiquette starring C-3PO. I want to watch him. He could travel everywhere talking about the etiquette of different planets and species.

Facebook commenter.Goska G:

With at least one ‘Oh, lord!’ per episode increasing to the absolute extreme by the last one.

Facebook commenter.Todd Andrew P:

Honestly, I want to see Cal Kestis live-action after we get a solid game trilogy. A live-action treatment would be great, considering he is canon. Also, not everyone plays the Jedi games. If the actor does it soon, he can still be young enough for the part. He has done live-action, so he can go straight from the game.

Facebook commenter.RJ B:

Poe Dameron. Oscar Isaac killed it, and I want to see more of him. Either before he joined the Resistance or after theRise of Skywalker.

Facebook commenter.Matthew R:

Wedge Antilles. Most underrated hero and one of only two to survive both attacks on a death star. He never got the credit he deserved.

Facebook commenter.Bobby M Jr.:

Definitely Poe, but I will go out there and say Wedge Antilles. The guy was so impactful for the Rebels. He was a model of consistency, seeing countless battles, just a rock for the rebels and one of the best fighter pilots they had. What is his backstory? What were his low/high points? How did he rise to that rank? He was such an awesome character.

Facebook commenter.Cody Lane D:

General Grievous, before transformation, was an organic Kaleesh. He was a reptilian native of Kalee, a world ruined by famine and war.

This would make a killer show.

From Facebook commenterKay G:

C-3PO and R2-D2.

Anakin Skywalker started them both. They continued through the whole film series. They lost their memories many times, but R2 seemed to keep its memory. These two droids did something mischievous.

Pay me, Disney.

From Facebook commenterJonathan S:

Leia. She is the most ignored character in the whole saga. I want her to join the rebellion.

From Facebook commenterNoah J:

The whole Leia story. She was the hero of the Skywalker saga.

From Facebook commenterEthan G:

Leia does. This happens after the original trilogy; she learns the Force.

From Facebook commenterBenjamin E:

This guy is Wuher. He runs the bar at the Mos Eisley cantina. He survived an attack from battle droids, but his parents did not. His hatred of droids led him to install a droid detector in his bar to keep them out.

From Facebook commenterKahulu M:

He has seen much come and go. He could be aStar Warsversion ofCheers.

From Facebook commenterBradley P:

I need more Childish Gambino Lando. There are many more great stories there.

From Facebook commenterLevi D:

I would say Darth Vader, but Lando is my favorite live action character.

From Facebook commenterJonathan S:

Palpatine's training, apprenticeship, and betrayal of Darth Plagueis.

He also trained Maul.

From Facebook commenterBevan B:

Finn. He was treated poorly in Episodes 8 and 9. I need to see him become a Jedi.
