Weirdest Book Covers Ever

Weird book jacket covers can be either spot on or completely off the mark. One thing's certain: publishers didn't always read the books before printing the covers. These covers range from literal interpretations of themes and symbolism to random references, like nods to Nicolas Cage movies. Each one is a unique special snowflake on the shelves. Some books start with weird subject matter, like a story about falling in love with a haunted house. Others are classics or normal stories that ended up with strange and unintentionally funny covers. Vote up the weirdest covers below - just because you can't judge a book by its cover doesn't mean you can't judge the covers themselves.
